Location: the hotel was near a residential area north of the main square in the Medina, the markets and restaurants, and the airport. The breakfast was tasty for what was on offer with mint tea and orange juice, for instance. In general the staff were extremely friendly and very nice...

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Medina and the main square. We had the best time exploring the vibrant streets, trying all the delicious street food and shopping for cool souvenirs. The staff, especially Madam Nadia, were super friendly and helpful. They even cooked us a delicious Moroccan dinner for free! The rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to hang out and enjoy the beautiful weather. We also got great deals on excursions through the hotel. it was a fantastic experience!
If I had to ask for one thing, it would be more nightlife options nearby. We were a group of young party-goers and we would have loved to have more options for going out and having fun at night.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They arranged day trips for us and provided valuable local knowledge. the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious and filling, providing a great start to the day. the location of the hotel allowed us to experience the local residential area and see more of the city beyond the main square.
Some of the challenges we faced were the language barrier, as the staff did not speak English. having someone in our group who spoke a little French helped us communicate.

I stayed at Riad La Famille twice and was impressed by the really nice rooms and cool decorations. The shower alone is worth it, as it is beautifully designed. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and the rooftop garden was a lovely bonus. The breakfast was served early, which was perfect for our schedule.
I recommend this hotel.

They assisted me in navigating the city and provided useful information about the local area. The rooftop garden was a lovely spot to relax and the breakfast provided was delicious. Despite the small size of the rooms, they were well-organized and comfortable. The location of the riad in a residential area allowed me to experience a more authentic side of Marrakesh. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and great value for money.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay and assisted us with any requests or questions we had. The price of our room was also very reasonable, especially considering the location. We were able to explore the city easily as the hotel was conveniently located near the main attractions. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The noise level in the area. At night, there were kids playing outside and people chatting until late, which made it difficult to sleep.
